Join me in my new online meditation series and let me show you the step-by-step process on how to overcome some of these challenges, creating space for yourself and all of the love that you have to share.
At the end of this series, my wish for you is that you will see yourself in truth and grace. You will be better equipped to handle a few more of the obstacles that come your way.

What to expect
We start every meditation session getting to know each other.
Sometimes, this means we’ll ask questions…
For example, we’ll check in about what is going on in your life, what are your challenges, connections, both professionally and personally.
We determine together the subject of focus for our session. Topics are generally around compassion, gratitude and love, for yourself, your community, and the world.
Navigating life’s stresses can be challenging.
Our meditation sessions will guide you to finding your breath.

The Process/Pricing
You’ll email me at info@unlimitcreations.com.
You will receive and be asked to complete a registration form.
Once we receive the completed registration form, we’ll book a 40-minute meditation practice by video-conference.
Our meditation session will begin with a 10-minute ice breaker, where we will get to know each other.
Our meditation practice will be approximately 20 minutes long.
Each session will be completed with some time for questions/comments and suggestions.
We’ll work together to help you to create space for yourself.
Individual meditation sessions are $40 CAD. Group rates are also available.
