Keeping your core sense of spirit and spirituality as our focus, this is what we’ll work on in our coaching sessions:

We’ll start by asking questions…

Where are you in the critical areas of your life, like your sense of abundance, personal and professional connections, flow with the divine, and your wellbeing?

Where do you want to be?

How do you navigate all that when you’re concerned about the price of gas and groceries, the storms that keep battering your community, the political unrest that saturates the news-cycle? Is there a way through?

And then…

You’ll dream about where you want to be. You’ll dream big. Because all goals that have been met, began with dreams!

You’ll create a specific series of attainable goals in the areas that matter to you.

We’ll define a clear path to get to each one.

We’ll develop powerful practices to help you get there.

And then, you’ll fly!

This is the process:

You will receive and be asked to complete an intake form.

We’ll book a free 30-minute session to discuss what we’ll be learning together and we’ll book your first coaching session on Zoom or by phone.

Each month, we’ll meet for 90 minutes. You’ll also have the opportunity to send emails or texts in order to check in with questions.

We’ll work together on a month-to-month basis (ideally, we’ll spend at least three months on this adventure together).

Monthly coaching rates are $150 CAD.
